The installation of a new basement bathroom with steam shower, a 3 season porch remodel, and after a hailstorm they were able to efficiently paint our siding and replace our roof, ensuring our home's durability for years to come. Throughout, the team was enjoyable to work with from design stage to finishes, and they did a nice job of selecting and coordinating the necessary subcontractors in a manner that worked with our schedules. My son owns a home in St. Paul that was in the path of a hail storm last summer. He travels to all parts of the country and is away from home often. He reached out to Tom Easterly to handle his roof repair project and was extremely satisfied with the results. Tom was amazing to work with! His expertise in navigating the property insurance world and handling and installing all materials was superb. The work he did in communicating with the insurance company to replace the entire roof on the house and garage were thorough. In the end, there were no surprises and the cost of the project was what he originally projected it to be. Our 1985 built home needed an exterior refresh. We reached out to Tom and Sean at 1st Call, and they totally updated our exterior to a beautiful new fresh look. We could not be happier – right down to the custom-made cedar window flower boxes. We also had 1st Call update our front entry door as well and are amazed at the transformation. We love it!
